Experience and Volunteer Work
I’ve led strategic initiatives to improve training, onboarding, and operational efficiency across 25 locations and a team of over 300 employees. I successfully developed an innovative employee onboarding and training portal to enhance engagement and performance. Additionally, I’ve designed a data-driven bonus program to foster a high-achievement culture and created a comprehensive company handbook to standardize processes and improve system-wide efficiency.

As the founder of steep & mellow, a DTC-native CPG brand specializing in adaptogenic mushroom-infused functional teas, I developed an omni-channel distribution strategy across Canada and the U.S. I secured partnerships with prominent retailers, including Indigo, The Detox Market, and Uncommon Goods. My work gained significant recognition, with steep & mellow being featured in Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop Holiday Gift Guide (2021). I was honoured as a Yotpo Amazing Women in Ecommerce Honoree (2022) and served as a featured speaker at Ecom World (2021).

Not A Run Club
2023 – Current
As the co-founder of Not A Run Club, an active social club based in Toronto, my team and I have built a thriving community of over 600 members, uniting purpose-driven, active individuals through movement. Under our leadership, the club has raised over $25,000 to purchase, pack, and distribute winter coats and survival essentials to vulnerable populations in Toronto. Additionally, we have collected and donated over 160 pairs of running shoes. We have also secured partnerships with leading brands, including Nike, On, Brooks, Celsius, and Hoka, to drive impactful community activations.

As a brand ambassador for Arc’teryx, I have represented Canada’s leading high-performance outdoor apparel and equipment brand at major local events. I hosted women’s fitness and leadership events, fostering community and empowerment through movement. Additionally, I have been able to provide strategic product insights to leadership, contributing to the brand’s commitment to innovation, durability, and functionality.

As a Lead Instructor for SPINCO, I trained, mentored, evaluated, and supported instructors across multiple studio locations including Toronto Downtown and Summerhill, Leslieville, Thornhill, Waterloo, Kingston, and beyond. I have played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of instructors by directly developing over 80 instructors during my tenure. While reporting to the Founder, I supported the development and modernization of SPINCO’s instructor program. I regularly completed performance evaluations, led weekend workshops and presentations for groups of 10-30 instructors at a time, elevating the standard of coaching across multiple locations.
